Jake Zimmerman is running for County Assessor (www.jakezimmerman.org) and his campaign has openings for some student interns in preparation for the election April 5th. We currently have spots for students interested in finance, volunteer outreach, and general campaign operations. Duties will vary based on their interests, but will include some administrative work. We will of course try and keep this at a minimum. Interns will also phonebank with volunteers and possibly canvass on the weekends. Because the campaign is on a smaller scale, students will get a good sense of the inner workings of a campaign.
We are very flexible with hours and time commitment. We are in the office 7 days a week so its a great opportunity for students who are busy during the week.
