The New Voters Project is a non-partisan initiative to register students to vote and help them turn out to the polls on Election Day. Since our inception 25 years ago, the Student PIRGs’ New Voters Project has played a leading role in mobilizing young voters, highlighting their importance and developing and refining the techniques and technology used to reach them. At Washington University, we are working in a coalition with the Gephardt Institute, the College Democrats and College Libertarians to register and turn out as many student voters as possible.
