Institute for Human Studies Summer Seminars

This summer, recent graduates and students from around the globe will gather at college campuses across the country for IHS’s weeklong seminars full of discussion, collaboration, and deep thinking about big questions such as, “What is the proper role of government in a free society?” and “How can society solve widespread problems while respecting individual liberty?”

In addition to exploring specific topics like ideals of the American founding, incentives and institutions, and the growth of government in America, students will broaden their political, economic, historical, and philosophical perspectives—and discover new possibilities for their own futures.
